Phenolic compact laminate

 

Composition: Compact board is made of decorative colored paper impregnated with melamine resin, plus multiple layers of black or brown kraft paper impregnated with phenolic resin, which are stacked and then pressed with steel plates in a high temperature and high pressure environment. The thickness can be adjusted according to the number of kraft papers as needed.

 

Advantages: strong, waterproof, scratch-resistant, flame-proof, high temperature resistant, moisture resistant, and impact-resistant.

 

Disadvantages: few styles, high price, lack of decorative effect.
