Lumber core plywood
Composition: The wood core board is divided into three layers, the upper and lower layers are thin wood slices, and the middle is made of solid wood strips.
Advantages: moisture-proof, pressure-resistant, strong, light, stable, and convenient for on-site construction.
Disadvantages: large amount of glue is used for on-site construction, and the formaldehyde content increases. If nails are driven in the gaps, the nail retention will be poor.
Common uses: cabinet furniture, large-area desktops, and on-site construction of woodworking decoration.
Surface processing: veneer (melamine, solid wood veneer, melamine board, PVC leather, etc.), painting.
