Vietnam Ranks Among The Top in The World in Terms Of Proportion Of Timber Exports

Do Xuan Li, president of the Vietnam Timber and Forest Products Association, said that Vietnam ranks among the top in the world in terms of the proportion of timber exports. Timber products are sold to 170 countries around the world, penetrating into important markets such as the United States, Europe, South Korea, and Japan, and gradually expanding to the Middle East, New markets such as India. With advantages in forestry development, enterprise support policies, and free trade agreements, Vietnam's timber and wood product exports have achieved certain success in the international market. At the same time, Vietnamese companies are gradually increasing investment in new technologies and promoting digital transformation to develop new products and services, improve competitiveness and productivity.
