ABS edge banding can withstand high temperature to 99 degrees before the state changes, while PVC edge banding shrinkage generally needs to be at a high temperature of 70 degrees. Regardless of the material of the edge banding, it can also cause various conditions such as deformation of the sheet after being deformed by heat.

Stability

In terms of chemical composition stability, ABS edge banding strips also have great advantages over PVC edge banding strips, which has a lot to do with the formula of the material. ABS edge banding strip has good corrosion resistance, and wear resistance, even if drizzled with soy sauce, diesel, peanut oil will not affect its material;

The material used in ABS edge banding has no odor and is not irritating, and even if it is burned, its smell will not cause pollution hazards, which is just in line with the environmental protection concept recognized by the public, while the plastic on the PVC edge banding has a strong smell and the smell is as good as new over time, and it will release toxic gases such as dioxin after combustion.
