1. The color of each batch of PVC decorative edge strips is consistent with the color of the main color sample block. The color requirements of the same batch of PVC decorative edge strips are consistent.

2. Inspect under natural light. The surface of the PVC decorative edge strip should have no drawing lines, no blisters, no concave and convex spots, no scratches, no spots, no difference in texture, no traces of bending, no stains, black spots, etc.

3. The surface is smooth and scratch-resistant, and the printed texture adheres firmly without falling off;

4. The hot melt adhesive on the back is firmly and evenly adhered; no more than two joints can be included in the same rolled edge strip; visual inspection and touch inspection.

The size requirement of each batch of PVC decorative edge banding strips is that the positive deviation is measured with a vernier caliper.

PVC decorative edge banding should be packed in cartons; each box of products should be marked with product name, quantity, specifications, trademark, manufacturing date, batch number and other marks.

The test machine has toughness and no bulges, corners or deformations. Carry out test machine inspection according to the technical requirements.
